We know that reserving or purchasing a miniature farm animal is a big decision. That’s why we have a clear, fair Refund & Reservation Policy to ensure peace of mind and mutual trust.

🐮 Reservation Policy

To hold any animal, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit ensures that we reserve that specific animal just for you and remove it from availability.

Standard Deposit Amounts:

  • Miniature Highland Cow: $500

  • Miniature Donkey: $300

  • Mini Dwarf Goat: $100

Remaining balances are due before pickup or delivery.

🔁 Refund Policy

Because of the nature of animal sales and the preparation involved (health checks, documentation, etc.), all deposits are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens — and we’ll always try to work with you.

You may:

  • Transfer your deposit to another available animal (within 12 months)

  • Postpone pickup/delivery if unexpected delays occur

  • Contact us directly to discuss alternatives

We do not offer refunds on animals once they have left the property, but we are always here to help with post-purchase support and care guidance.

🩺 Health Guarantee

All animals are:

  • Vet-checked before leaving our farm

  • Up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming

  • Sold with clear health documentation

We cannot be held responsible for conditions arising after the animal has left our care. However, we are always available for questions and support if concerns arise.

📦 Delivery & Pickup Policy

We offer delivery within Georgia and to most U.S. states via trusted livestock transporters. Delivery costs vary by distance and animal type. Pickup is available by appointment only.
